These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. ("DILUDA," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the Outsiders HQ sports analytics platform, accessible at the associated domain and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.
DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Outsiders HQ is a sports analytics platform operated by DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. The Platform provides Users with data-driven analysis tools, statistical models, market probability estimates, signal dashboards, and contextual match data across a broad range of football (soccer) leagues and competitions worldwide.
The Platform includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Platform as a whole at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.
All content, data, algorithms, visual designs, software, documentation, and materials on the Platform — including but not limited to the Outsiders HQ brand, logos, statistical models, UI components, and analytical methodologies — are the exclusive property of DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws of Colombia and other jurisdictions.
No part of the Platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, or otherwise — without the prior written consent of DILUDA Analytics S.A.S.
Use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership interest in any content, data, or intellectual property on the Platform. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DILUDA Analytics S.A.S.
The Platform is made available solely for informational and personal analytical purposes. Access to Outsiders HQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Important notice: Outsiders HQ is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any real-money wager. Users bear full and sole responsibility for any decisions made based on data, signals, or analysis provided by the Platform.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. expressly prohibits the use of Platform content for the purpose of building competing products or services. Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and may expose the User to legal liability.
The Platform and all content, data, signals, and analytical outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and non-infringement.

Statistical models are inherently probabilistic. Past performance of any signal, market, or team analysis does not guarantee future results. Users acknowledge that all analytical outputs carry uncertainty and should not be treated as definitive predictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DILUDA Analytics S.A.S., its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, financial loss from wagering decisions, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall DILUDA Analytics S.A.S.'s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such cases, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Your use of the Platform is subject to DILUDA Analytics S.A.S.'s Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Platform and its analytical capabilities. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
DILUDA Analytics S.A.S. reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify Users by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bogotá, Colombia, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction outside Colombia, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits DILUDA Analytics S.A.S.'s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
